Job summary

Essentia Health in Virginia, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour work week (paid 40) with 12-hour day/night shifts. The position is Baylor-style, every Friday–Sunday, with rotation between day and night shifts.

Eligible candidates may receive a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 for ADN and up to $10,000 for BSN. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within one month of hire.
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Preferred Critical Care and ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate tasks to nursing personnel per licensure and job descriptions.
• Contribute to mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health.
