Job summary

Maine Medical Center, part of MaineHealth, seeks a Float Pool RN (Clinical Nurse II) with 1+ year RN experience for varied clinical environments including Medical/Surgical and Telemetry. This is a bargaining unit, full- or part-time, night shifts in a Magnet-recognized Level 1 Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred with current MaineRN license.
• 1 year RN experience preferred; meets Clinical Nurse I requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory settings as part of Float Pool.
• Assess patient condition, diagnose, plan, implement, document and evaluate care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
