Intermountain Health is hiring for the Float Pool at Utah Valley Hospital, offering flexibility and variety across departments in the Utah Valley region, including American Fork and Provo facilities.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and cross-train across specialties with potential incentives, including a 10% float pool differential and night-shift differential.

Formación

• Current RN license in Utah (or compact license).
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• RNs with less than 12 months of RN experience must obtain a BSN within 5 years of their start date.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in various departments including Women’s Services, L&D, Acute Care, and ICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe patient-centered care.
• Cross-train across multiple specialties with potential financial incentives.
