Mercy Health is seeking a flexible RN for the Fairfield Hospital Float Pool. You will assess, plan and deliver nursing care across departments and sites, with scheduling and staffing responsibilities within a market-based framework.

This role supports compassionate patient care with evidence-based practice, teamwork and strong communication. Evening/night shifts require adaptability and professional nursing skills across services.

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license in the designated state (OH).
• 1 year of acute care RN experience preferred for float pool roles.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required by specialty.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Float across departments and sites to provide patient care.
• Assist with staffing scheduling and day-to-day patient flows.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per standards.
• Document care and coordinate with the health care team.
