Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an RN for the 740N0I Clinical Site Float Pool at The Jewish Hospital. The RN Float Pool assesses, plans and delivers patient care across departments, adapting to scheduling needs within a shift and across locations.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and BLS; BSN is preferred. Epic EHR experience is a plus; strong communication and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in designated state (required).
• BLS (required).
• ACLS/PALS as per specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments within the unit to provide patient care.
• Schedule day-of staffing and manage multiple assignments within a shift.
• Participate as part of the health care team under supervision of a clinical manager.
• Adhere to established patient care standards and documentation.
