Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to support Acute Care and the Emergency Department. The RN will float between departments, coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in partnership with medical teams, using established nursing models.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, NC RN licensure (eNLC may apply), and BLS, ALCS, PALS, CPI certifications.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: One year of RN experience.
• Preferred Experience: ER or strong hospital nursing experience.
• Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing.
• Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
• Required Certifications:BLS, ALCS, PALS and CPI

Responsabilités

• Float between Acute Care and the ED at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital only.
• Provide high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team.
