Job summary

Blue Ridge Regional Hospital, part of Mission Health and HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to support both Acute Care and the Emergency Department in Spruce Pine, NC. The RN will deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with the care team, and advocate for patients and families while adhering to nursing standards.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and current NC BON licensure with possible eNLC eligibility.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Current North Carolina Board of Nursing license; eNLC may apply.
• BLS, ALCS, PALS and CPI certifications.
• Preferred ER or strong hospital nursing experience.
• Masters in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to plan and execute care.
• Advocate for patients and families while aligning with hospital standards.
