Job summary

Advocate Health's Atrium Health Floyd is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool, delivering coordinated patient care across multiple departments on the main campus and sister facilities.

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, lead with clinical decision making, and help create a safe, therapeutic environment for diverse patient populations in northwest Georgia and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum
