Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.

• BLS certification required before unit orientation.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Adaptable, confident, and skilled in managing change.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple IU Health inpatient units (medical-surgical, progressive care, critical care, emergency, specialty areas) based on staffing needs and patient acuity.
• Provide and coordinate evidence-based care from assessment through evaluation.
• Engage in clinical decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care plans.
