Health Here is seeking a Registered Nurse (Float Pool) to provide expert critical care across ICU and other high-acuity units. You will assess and monitor complex patients, administer medications and infusions, operate ventilators, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong critical care assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with ventilators and high-acuity patient care equipment.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt across ICU/high-acuity environments.
• Clear communication and patient/family education capabilities.

Responsibilities
