Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population at our New Jersey facilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment and family-centered support.

The role requires a valid NJ RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience; a BSN is preferred or will need to be obtained within 3 years. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• 1 year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards for a diverse patient population.
• Communicate with patients, families and health team about status and plans.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and care quality per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medications using current clinical documentation technology.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care to optimize health.
• Collaborate across disciplines from admission to discharge for safe transition.
