The role includes supervising LPNs and CNAs, coordinating care, and participating in quality improvement efforts while maintaining high professional standards in patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform head‑to‑toe assessments and reassessments.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and pain management.
• Assist with plan of care and adjust as patient responds.
• Supervise or mentor LPNs/CNAs as needed.
