Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) or ADN with completion within 5 years from date of hire is acceptable.
• Minimum of two years RN experience in hospital setting required.
• Ability to work across multiple units and adapt to staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills essential for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care following population-specific criteria.
• Assess and document patient needs and responses to care.
