Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• 1 year recent acute RN experience
• Current CT RN license (unrestricted)
• Current BLS
• ACLS certification for Critical Care track
• Ability to obtain department-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of the Resource Center Float Pool
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies
• Pursue department-specific certifications as required
