If you have a passion for service excellence...we want to hear from you!This position is 36 hours, with three 12 hour shifts per week on the night shift (6:45pm - 7:15am), and carries generous float pool differentials. This position requires weekend and holiday rotation.***$4000 Early Acceptance Incentive potential for nursing students who apply at least 6 weeks prior to their graduation date and sign their offer letter within 1 week of when the offer is presented.*****The Work:*** Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.* Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.* Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.* Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
