Job summary
HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Facility Float Pool. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, assess and reassess needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
The role requires an active Colorado RN license (or multi-state), a nursing diploma (BSN preferred), and ACLS/BCLS certifications. Expect 2+ years of acute RN experience with no travel outside Mountain Ridge.
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or multi-state license.
- Nursing diploma from an accredited school (BSN desirable).
- ACLS/BCLS certifications required for Float Pool RN.
- Two or more years of RN experience in an acute setting.
- No travel; floating within Mountain Ridge only.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, reassessment).
- Documents patient care and promotes interdisciplinary communication.
- Care for patients based on age, physical, psychosocial, safety and learning needs.
- Float pool duties within Mountain Ridge as assigned.
