Job summary

Plan A Health in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Facility Float Pool. You will provide patient care across units using the nursing process, document care, and support interdisciplinary collaboration.

Eligible candidates hold a Colorado RN license (or multistate license), have a nursing diploma (BSN preferred), and meet ACLS/BCLS requirements. Float across units with no travel, contributing to safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado or multistate license.
• Nursing diploma from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications; additional certifications based on specialty.
• Minimum of two years RN experience in an acute setting.
• Ability to float within assigned units; no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment.
• Document patient care and promote interdisciplinary communication.
• Support age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and safe care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Rotate across units based on demonstrated competency.
• Perform delegated duties within scope of practice.
• Contribute to continuous learning and professional development.
