Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Room Float Pool, providing patient-centered care by rotating between Sky Ridge Main ER and the South Parker Freestanding ER. You will work with a supportive team, utilizing advanced monitoring tech and a robust supply chain to deliver efficient care.

Requirements include Colorado RN licensure (or multistate), BLS/ACLS/PALS, NRP, and TNCC/ENPC within 6 months. At least 2 years ER RN experience preferred; BSN is a plus.”

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current NRP certification through AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics).
• TNCC and ENPC required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly and promote effective pain management.
• Document care in the medical record promptly and accurately.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs for proactive care.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
