Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide patient-centered nursing care across multiple acute care units. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing care, administering medications, and responding to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced environment.

The RN will support units with varying census and acuity, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to safety and quality improvements.

Formación

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and prioritization skills.
• Medication administration expertise and patient monitoring ability.
• Ability to adapt to different unit environments and acuity levels.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality improvement.
