Rosaires Care is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join the float pool across multiple hospital units in Franklin, TN. The role involves patient assessments, care plan updates, medication administration, and rapid response to changing clinical needs.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care for diverse patient populations, maintain precise documentation, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care across multiple hospital units as a flexible member of the float pool. Assess patients, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and respond promptly to changing clinical needs.

Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care. Support units with diverse patient populations by applying strong clinical judgment, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating clearly with patients, families, and staff.
