Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Patient Care Tech to support patient care, including Tele-Companion and Tele-Tech programs. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Preferred Nurse Aide or EMT certification.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Meet the Patient Care Tech competency assessment/skills checklist requirements within three (3) months of hire.
• Provide for patient safety and comfort.
• Collect and document vital signs and patient information in the electronic health record.
• Order necessary supplies and assist with basic treatments and procedures.
• Maintain patient satisfaction and apply standard precautions.
• Other related duties as assigned.
