Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital is seeking a PRN Patient Care Nurse Assistant to support diverse patient needs in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with ADLs, monitoring, and mobility under supervision, contributing to high-quality care in a respected health system.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification; nursing students may be hired with BLS, and military medical experience is considered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification is required or must be obtained during hire.
• Nursing students must have BLS upon hire.
• Military medical experience may be considered for this role.

Responsabilités

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision, including ADLs and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to an RN.
• Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and assist with transfers/transport.
• Support nursing staff in tasks to ensure efficient patient flow.
