Crest Healthcare Group – Southern & Central Illinois is seeking Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities across Southern and Central Illinois. The role offers variety, flexible scheduling, and industry-leading pay as you rotate through multiple care teams.

Pay ranges from $55–$65 per hour with flexible shifts. Float between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise, gaining experience across multiple sites while contributing to resident care with professionalism.

Qualifications
