Crest Healthcare Group is seeking Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities across Southern and Central Illinois. This role offers variety, flexible shifts, and the opportunity to work with multiple care teams while earning industry-leading pay.

Pay ranges from $55-$65 per hour with flexible scheduling and the possibility to float between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities.
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Complete clinical documentation and communicate with care teams.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.
• Float between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise.
