Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is now hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Float Pool across Illinois. Earn $45/hour for RNs and $37/hour for LPNs with flexible scheduling and opportunities for overtime and shift differentials.

Choose when and where you work with PRN, full-time, or part-time roles. Deliver direct patient care, supervise CNAs, and participate in a team that values residents’ well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families
