Job summary

Cleveland Clinic West Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated LPN for the Float Pool to support multiple providers with patient-centered care across a union of locations. You’ll join a team of caregivers and contribute to high-quality nursing care while expanding your clinical skills.

As a per diem LPN, you will travel among Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding sites, with dayshift hours 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient care.
• Complete nursing documentation.
• Assess and document pain management.
• Recognize and communicate changes in patients’ condition.
• Report pertinent information to a Charge Nurse or Physician.
• Follow code protocols.
