Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking an experienced LPN for the Greater Charlotte Market's Medical Group in a floating capacity. The role supports facilities across Center City, Southern or Western Zones with a 40-hour workweek, M-F, 8am-5pm, no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, administering IV medications, venipuncture, and assisting RNs and physicians during rounds. Requires current LPN licensure, a high school diploma or GED, and BLS per policy.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with current state licensure.
• Strong IV therapy and venipuncture skills required.
• Experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients with chronic illness and disability.
• Administer medications by multiple routes per policy.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and rounds as needed.
• Document patient responses and care in the medical record.
