Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN guidance.
• Procs technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policy and maintains cleanliness of care areas.
• Receives delegated work with the five rights of delegation and acts as a preceptor for new employees.
