Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Regional Float LPN to deliver nursing care across Cedar Ridge Center, Marmet Center, Dunbar Center, Valley Center, Putnam Center, Teays Valley Center and Heritage Center.

As a float LPN, you will assess, plan and provide direct patient care, supervise care by unlicensed staff, and contribute to positive patient outcomes in a team-based environment. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits with WV licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing at work site.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care across multiple centers.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning; provide direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).
