Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Float Pool across Minnesota. Work at multiple Monarch communities with the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

This role offers full-time or on-call opportunities, competitive pay, benefits eligibility, and travel across a network of facilities. As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under supervision of an LPN or RN, assisting with daily living

Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple Monarch Healthcare Management communities across Minnesota.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with nurses and residents.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Provide basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Support individualized care plans and resident preferences.
• Deliver care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health standards and facility policies.
