Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Nursing Aide I/II for Atrium Health Lincoln's Nursing Float Pool. Day shift, 7am–7pm, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays per policy. Full-time status with benefits eligible and 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, vital signs, hygiene, and safety, plus basic clerical tasks and required procedures such as EKG and venipuncture under trained supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with DFS Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I or with state Board as Nurse Aide II.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs and vitals measurements.
• Assist with feeding, ambulation, and safety procedures.
• Keep rooms clean and stocked; observe changes in patient conditions.
• Provide clerical support and manage medical records.
