Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Family Practice/Internal Medicine/Infectious Diseases physician for an HIV primary care outpatient facility in Los Angeles. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to LGBTQ and underserved HIV/AIDS patients.

The opportunity features a base salary with a retention bonus up to $100,000, quarterly bonuses up to $3,500, relocation reimbursement up to $10,000, and full benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401K/457B plan, and malpractice/tail coverage.

Qualifications

• MD/DO license in Internal Family Medicine or Infectious Disease.
• DEA & Furnishing license valid in state.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Experience treating HIV/AIDS patients in outpatient primary care.
• AAHIVM certification to be obtained within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient HIV primary care to patients in a clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a full support team including PM, MAs, and RNs.
• Participate in shared call schedule.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and care plans.

We are now looking for a Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Infectious Diseases provider at an AHF HIV primary care outpatient facility. You’ll join a full staff committed to serving the city’s underserved patient population, including the LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Medical Board license MD/DO (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Infectious Disease
• Valid DEA & Furnishing license
• Comfortable with seeing up to 15-18 patients per day
• Prior experience in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting
• Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire
• Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required
