Qualifications

• Current Maryland/DC/VA PT licensure is required.
• AHA BLS CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation services and determine treatment plans with patient/family involvement.
• Implement treatment protocols and adjust plans as patient condition changes.
• Complete discharge planning and timely documentation of care.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and participate in education/mentorship within the team.
