Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to support patient care across the Dallas / Ft Worth metroplex. The role requires venipuncture skills, travel to client sites, and delivering high-quality patient service. Work schedule varies between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm with potential overtime and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years phlebotomy experience in a clinical/hospital environment.
• 1+ years experience assisting patients across age groups (pediatric to geriatric).
• Current or prior LabCorp experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Collect specimens for tests and screenings.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen logs.
• Provide superior patient service to patients.
• Travel to client and PSC locations.
• Support administrative and clerical duties as needed.
