Job summary

IVI RMA North America seeks a Float Phlebotomist in Eatontown, NJ, for a 5:30am–1:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, covering Freehold, Princeton and Marlton offices. You will draw blood for infertility diagnostics, identify patients, label and transport specimens, and maintain a clean phlebotomy area.

Completion of a Phlebotomy Program is highly preferred (required in CA, WA, TX). At least 3 years of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced setting is expected; EMR proficiency and MS Office

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion; highly preferred; CA/WA/TX requirements noted.
• EMR experience required.
• 3+ years venipuncture in fast-paced labs or hospitals.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and perform venipuncture as required.
• Draw blood, label specimens, and centrifuge as needed.
• Store and transport samples to maintain integrity.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations.
• Maintain a clean and stocked phlebotomy area.
• Reassure patients and provide comfort to ease anxieties.
