Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree or PharmD required.
• Current MA pharmacist license.
• Certified immunizer or eligible within 3 months.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to administer long-acting injectables or willing to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients on medications and proper use.
• Deliver high level of customer service and patient support.
• Ensure compliance with MA State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Administer immunizations as permitted by state regulations.
