Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum/UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Float Pharmacist to support community locations in the Phoenix metro area. Per Diem status; travel up to 50%; immunization duties allowed where permitted by state boards; full pharmacist responsibilities across sites.

Requires BS or PharmD, AZ license, immunization certification or plan to obtain within 3 months, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transport. Benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Current pharmacist license in AZ
• Immunization Certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• 1+ years of Pharmacy experience

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties
• Travel up to 50%
