Job summary

Meijer in Appleton, WI is seeking a pharmacist to join our community-focused pharmacy team. Float pharmacist role supports both FT or PT schedules and requires a licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin.

You will fill prescriptions, educate patients, and mentor technicians while upholding Meijer policies and state/federal regulations. Immunization delivery is part of clinical services offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.
• Oversee immunizations and clinical services as needed.
• In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, manage pharmacy operations.
