Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Personal Banker to work out of our Milaca, St. Cloud, Mora, Ogilvie, and Princeton locations. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

What You Will Do:

• Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
• Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
• Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
• Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction
• Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives

The salary range for this position is:$23.81-$28.00/hour.This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
