Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a Float Patient Service Representative to support multiple locations including Southlake, Fossil Creek, Keller, and Hurst. This full-time role offers a premium base pay, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package in a patient-centered outpatient radiology setting.

The candidate will schedule exams, assist with authorizations, verify insurance, and maintain accurate patient data while delivering exceptional service across busy clinics.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in a medical office setting or hospital preferred.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification needed.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Check in/out patients.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate information to Billing Office.
• Perform insurance verification.
• Ensure accuracy of patient data in system.
• Process requests and file patient records.
