NovaCare Rehabilitation in the greater Pittsburgh market is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to float between center locations (Cranberry, Mars, Seven Fields) and others north and south of the city. The role offers a centralized base with a 30–50 minute typical commute, supporting multiple clinics.

Starting at $68,000 yearly, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a student loan repayment program, with mentorship and CEU opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits and growth avenues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
