Job summary

Knight Cancer Clinical Research at OHSU is seeking a Float Clinical Research Associate to support translational oncology trials. The role provides relief and interim study management across programs, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate trial activities from startup to closeout, assist with consent, adverse events, data collection, and scheduling, and collaborate with investigators, nurses, and staff.

Qualifications

• Education and certifications required for clinical research coordination.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• SoCRA/ACRP certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate oncology clinical trials from startup to closeout per FDA/NCI guidelines.
• Explain trial logistics to patients and triage questions across teams.
• Assist with informed consent, adverse events, and data collection.
• Prepare source documents, dose modification notes, and regulatory submissions.
• Provide protocol guidance and communicate study needs across staff.

Education

Master's Degree in relevant field AND 3 years of clinical research coordination experience

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 5 years of clinical research coordination experience

SoCRA or ACRP certification within 12 months of hire
