Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Float Nurse Tech / Medication Aide for Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages in Papillion, NE. This full-time night position requires flexibility to float among cottages and provide direct care, medication support, and observation per care plans.

Ideal candidates hold Nebraska CNA certification, a 40-hour Medication Aide credential, and at least 5 years of CNA experience. CPR/BLS is required or can be obtained within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA certification.
• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• At least 5 years CNA experience.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care.

Responsibilities

• Float between cottages to meet resident needs.
• Provide direct personal care per care plans.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, and continence care.
• Administer medications per guidelines.
• Record vitals and weight per policy.
• Support meals and dining in a home-like setting.
• Maintain clean, organized cottage environment.
