Hillcrest Health & Living's Nurse Tech position at Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages in Papillion, NE, offers an evening shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) with direct resident care and collaboration with the nursing team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.

Ideal candidates are Nebraska-licensed CNAs with experience in long-term or post-acute care, and a willingness to obtain a Medication Aide credential if needed. A strong patient-first mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA license is required.
• Experience with older adults in long-term or post-acute care preferred.
• Medication Aide certification preferred, or willingness to obtain if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care per resident care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and basic clinical tasks.
• Record vital signs and assist with meals in a dining environment.
• Support transitions and ensure rooms are ready with needed supplies.
• Communicate needs and changes promptly to the nurse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and supportive care environment.
