Job summary

BaneCare Management in Massachusetts is seeking RN or LPN to join our internal staffing agency, supporting care in North Shore locations Gloucester and Beverly. The role offers up to 40 hours per week with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

RN rate is $46/hr and LPN rate is $43/hr, with shift differentials to reflect shift timing. Duties include administering meds, conducting assessments, coordinating with physicians, and developing care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of nursing or nursing home experience.
• Administer meds and perform resident assessments.
• Develop, write, execute and monitor care plans for resident safety.
