Formación

• MS in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or BSN with PA certification; OH requires 500 hours post-graduate experience.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active license with AANP/ANCC or PA-C certification and state credentials.
• Board certification: FNP-C or PA-C.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safety and quality-based healthcare environment.
• Ensure clinic hours are observed and open for scheduled times.
• Collaborate with regional management and community events to promote TLC and utilization.
• Respond to customer experience surveys as directed.
• Manage clinic inventory and supply orders.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing.
• Use HIPAA-compliant information systems.
• Mentor staff as a resource and role model.
• Keep clinical knowledge current through ongoing education.
• Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed.
• Control costs to meet profitability goals.
• Engage in community outreach through local nursing organizations.
