Job summary

CHI St. Vincent, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Registered Nurse on our Float/Flex Team in Little Rock, AR. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and outcomes.

This role requires RN license in Arkansas, CPR certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. You will adapt to varied units, maintain care plans, and contribute to a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
• Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results. Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
• Maintains or contributes to the plan of care.
