Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs in Arkansas seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a dynamic hospital setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and document plans of care, monitor patient status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes. Our unit emphasizes safety and evidence-based practice in a Magnet-designated environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (AR) upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 30 days; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment and recognizes changes in status.
• Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data and documents assessment per policy.
• Maintains and documents the plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensures timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policy.

• ASSESSMENT
• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
• Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results. Performs ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
• Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
