Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support multiple clinics (Eastside A/B, Beaumont, Mead Valley). You will rotate across sites, provide direct patient care, and assist providers and care teams in pediatrics, women’s health and general medicine.

The role offers dynamic daily work, travel between sites, and opportunities to grow skills. Required: Medical Assistant Certificate, BLS on hire, valid driver license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance required.
• One year MA experience preferred; bilingual highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and performs clinical care services with patients.
• Takes vital signs and collects intake information.
• Performs procedures such as blood draws, vaccines, EKGs.
• Provides education and resources to patients directly.
• Ensures exam rooms are stocked and ready for examinations.
