Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and documentation.
• Document visits accurately in the EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and supplies; ensure HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA compliance.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
• Perform front desk tasks: check-in/out, payments, referrals, and scheduling.
